- JOFOC The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Office of Acquisition & Relocation Management, Acquisition Management Section intends to issue a sole source contract to General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems (GDAIS), located at 10560 Arrowhead Dr., Fairfax, VA 22030 for continued contractor support for the Narcotics Enforcement Data Retrieval System (NEDRS) for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with GDAIS under authority 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been justified, certified and approved for GDAIS. The NAICS Code is 541512, Computer Systems Design Services and the Small Business Size Standard is $27.5 million. The Government anticipates the award on a cost plus fixed fee contract. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities to respond to the requirement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for a competitive proposal. A Request for Proposal (RFP) is not available. The closing date is February 27, 2017 at 11:00AM Eastern Standard Time.
