- SOURCES SOUGHT W9128F-17-S-E003 THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY. This is not a formal Solicitation and no contract will result from this notice, nor does it commit the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District, to any acquisition for these services. This announcement closes at 2:00 p.m. Central Time on 27 March 2017. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District, is seeking industry input to determine if there are adequate Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) concerns capable of performing the required services. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 541990, Environmental Consulting Services, with a corresponding size standard of $15M. Interested parties must be registered under NAICS 541990 in SAM (System for Award Management) at https://www.sam.gov. The contractor shall be capable of providing the following services: (1) Phase I Surveys, (2) Phase II National Register of Historic Places (NHRP) Eligibility Studies, (3) Phase III Data Recovery and Mitigation Services, (4) Laboratory Analysis, (5) Maritime Archaeological Services including Remote Sensing, NHRP Evaluation and Maritime History, (6) Architectural History Services including Archival Research, Oral History, and Cultural Ethnography and (7) Public Interpretation Services including Graphic Design, Publications, Documentaries, Outdoor Displays, Training, and Museum Displays and Support If a solicitation were to go forward following this announcement, the Corps anticipates award of an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity, Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) for up to 5 years. All interested parties should submit a capabilities package (limited to no more than 10 pages total) outlining your company's key business abilities relevant to the performance of this requirement.
