- SF18 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis/Solicitation N00178- 17-T-0035 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation. This requirement is not eligible for small business set-aside. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure on a Brand Name Mandatory ETS-LINDGREN INC. the following items; PART NUMBER MANUFACTURER PART DESCRIPTION QTY HI 6100 ETS LINDGREN FIELD MONITOR WITH 4 CHANNELS 1 HI 6153FM ETS LINDGREN HI 6153 LASER PRO KIT FOR CONNECTION TO THE HI 6100 FIELD MONITOR 1 HI 6122FM ETS LINDGREN HI 6122 LASER PRO KIT FOR CONNECTION TO THE HI 6100 FIELD MONITOR 1 H 491277 ETS LINDGREN FIBER OPTIC PORT ASSEMBLY FOR HI 6100 AND BATTERY PROBES 1 ETS-LINDGREN INC. products are required to maintain compatibility with systems currently utilized. These requested items are direct replacement components that will work with existing systems used. The components must be compatible in all aspects (form, fit and function) with existing systems presently installed. The requested items represent the minimum requirements of the Government. Please include shipping/freight cost for FOB destination Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 12. The order shall be firm fixed price. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on registration in SAM by calling 866-606-8220, or via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov. Quote is due 3 March 2017, no later than 4:00 p.m. EST with an anticipated award date by 31 March 2017. Questions and responses regarding this synopsis/solicitation may be submitted by e-mail to Diana.Moses@navy.mil. All questions shall be submitted to the Government POC listed no later than 1 March 2017 at 12:00 p.m. EST to allow ample response time before the close of the bidding period.
