The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking sources that are able to provide preventative and repair maintenance for the following Pharmacy Systems manufactured by Omnicell Inc.: BIRMINGHAM CLINIC EQUIPMENT: OSPPO SERVICE PROFILE DRIVEN OPTION, QTY4; OMNIRX HALF-CELL G4, QTY4; SAFETYSTOCK THERMAL PRINTER (SAT), QTY1; MSA-OPT-016 SV-FLEXFLOCK W/TEMPCHECK (50')2.0, QTY8 (sns 12872M01544, 12872M01650, 12872M01591, 12872M01548, 12872M01584, 12872M01645, 12872M01530) HUNSTVILLE CLINIC EQUIPMENT: OSPPO SERVICE PROFILE DRIVEN OPTION, QTY4; OMNIRX HALF-CELL G4, QTY4; OMNICENTER BASE SERVER, QTY1 All responses must include: DUNS Number Social Economic Category (ie: Small Business, Women Owned, Certified Veteran-Owned, HUB Zone, etc.) Letter/Proof of training by manufacturer on referenced systems Responses must be emailed to Evonne.Huggins@va.gov no later than 9am ET on 27 Feb 2017.
