- Description
- This project consists of providing all labor and materials to remove and replace the roofing on a Residence and detached garage on the Lolo National Forest, Ninemile Ranger District. The Residence roof is approximately 1310 sf in area and the detached garage is approximately 340 sf. All old roofing, roofing felt and flashings are to be removed and disposed of in an approved landfill. Roofing is to be Blue label #1 sawn wood shingles as described in the specifications. All necessary edging, flashing, starter course, ridge cap and accessories are to be provided for a complete installation. The contract time will be approximately 8 calendar days. Work is estimated to be completed by May 27, 2017. Quotes are due on May 2, 2017. Estimated price range less than $25,000. The solicitation will be available on approximately March 28, 2017, and can be downloaded from this site at that time. There will be a site visit on a date to be determined at the Ninemile Ranger Station
