Description

RFQ: W91YTZ-17-T-0162 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. The Regional Health Contracting Office - Atlantic, Army Health Contracting Activity, US Army Medical Command intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order for Hematology Analyzer (Cost Per Test) be delivered to the Ireland Army Health Clinic, Fort Knox, KY.
