- Questions Form Specs breakdown Synopsis/Solicitation Procurement of Spydercranes and Operator training. 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a brand name or equal commercial supply prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; this is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA4661-17- Q-0020. 2. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 effective 19 Jan 2017, DFAR DPN 20161222 effective 22 Dec 2016, and AFFARS AFAC 2017-0127 effective 27 Jan 2017. 3. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 333120; Contruction Machinery Manufacturing, and the PSC is 3810; Cranes and Crane-Shovels. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS code is 1,250 EMP. 4. Set-aside: Total Small Business 5. Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination to: 7 AMXS 913 ANACONDA AVE DYESS AFB, TX 79607 6. Delivery: 60 Days after Award 7. All questions pertaining to this requirement must be submitted on the question form (see attachments) and received no later than 28 Feb 2017, 12:00 P.M. (CST). Answers will be posted no later than 1 Mar 2017, 12:00 P.M. (CST). 8. Deadline for receipt of offers: 3 Mar 2017, 12:00 P.M (CST). 9. Funds are presently available for this contract. 10.
