Description

Due to the crossover into a new fiscal year, Fleet Readiness Center East (FRC-E) Depot Level Maintenance (DLM) solicitation N61340-16-R-1149 is now N61340-17-R-0013. All future postings for this requirement will be posted under solicitation number N61340-17-R-0013. The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) in Orlando, FL has a follow-on requirement for Depot Level Maintenance (DLM) in support of the Fleet Readiness Center East (FRC-E) aboard Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Cherry Point and its remote sites. The requirement provides augmented staffing of the Government workforce for aircraft, aircraft engines and associated components/material undergoing DLM, involving the rework of existing aviation end items, systems, and components and manufacture of items and component parts otherwise not available. This is to include modernization, conversion, in-service repair, disassembly, and all other categories of aircraft DLM. The requirement has an anticipated five year (60 month) ordering period. The anticipated contract is a single award cost plus fixed fee (CPFF) type, set-aside entirely for 8(a) firms. The FSC is J015 and the NAICS is 336411. A DRAFT copy of the solicitation is included with this posting. THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. IT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A SOLICITATION AND SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT. RESPONSES IN ANY FORM ARE NOT OFFERS AND THE GOVERNMENT IS UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO AWARD A CONTRACT AS A RESULT OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT.
