- Location for Antennas RFI Process Matrix Lease for Mobile Services Providers Agency: Department of the Air Force Office: Real Property Office, 633 Civil Engineer Location: Joint Base Langley-Eustis (Langley), Hampton, VA 23665 Notice Type: Special Notice Synopsis: Notice of Availability: JBLE-Langley has received requests to lease property to locate, operate and maintain wireless telecommunication equipment. Two locations (facility 945 and 616) have been identified as a suitable space for a mobile wireless service antennae's and related support equipment placement (atch 2). This notice is determine if any other interest exists for said property and information purpose only. The Government is not responsible for any cost associated with information provided to designated POC. Summary of the outgrant terms and conditions: Lease period will be for a term of five (5) years. Cost of lease of property will be at a minimum equal to fair market value. The lease for the wireless service are non-FAR based and are managed by the 633 CES/Real Property Office, 37 Sweeney Boulevard, Hampton, Virginia 23665 as a revenue generating lease under 10 USC 2667, Leases: non-excess property of military departments and Defense Agencies. Grantee must be able to meet all conditions in the attached lease template (atch 1). Lease will be at no cost to the United States Air Force. Grantee will be responsible for all administrative costs associated with the lease to include a fair market appraisals certified by the appropriate authorities General Service Administration (GSA) or United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). The details of all equipment must be provided for review by 633 ABW/Safety, 633 Communications Squadron/SCX and The Defense Information Systems Agency Defense Spectrum Organization Joint Spectrum Center. Grantee will be responsible for all costs associated with an Electromagnetic Environmental Effects Analysis of the proposed equipment. At the completion of the lease, grantor has complete discretion in granting a renewal and can consider, by way of example and not by way of limitation, the past practices of grantee on the Installation, the timeliness of grantee's request for renewal relative to requests by other entities for similar leases and the changing communications requirements of the government. Attach lease template and a description and map of the property. Response date: Add 30 days from date of posting *Only those mobile service providers currently licensed by the FCC should respond to this notice. Interested offerors may respond to the listed POC.
