- **PLEASE READ: THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE. NO OTHER INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE UNTIL THE SOLICITATION IS ISSUED ON THE DATE IDENTIFIED BELOW** DESCRIPTION: This project will be a multiple award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) task order contract. The solicitation is a Request for Proposal (RFP). The contractor shall furnish all equipment, fuel, maintenance, labor, supervision, transportation, materials, tools, supplies, safety signs, and incidentals necessary to perform the Statement of Work/Specifications included in each task order. The solicitation will be available for downloading from this website on or about March 9, 2017. PROJECT: Road Maintenance for the maintenance and repair of Forest Service roads. LOCATION: The project is located on the Six Rivers National Forest. Project locations will be identified with individual task orders issued. Estimated start work date is spring of 2017. CONTRACT TIME: Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). A pre-proposal tour will not be conducted. SET ASIDE: 100% Small Business RESPONSE LOCATION: Hard copy offers will be accepted at the Northern California Acquisition Service Area, Redding Office, located within the Shasta-Trinity National Forest Headquarters at 3644 Avtech Parkway, Redding, CA 96002 NO LATER than date and time indicated on solicitation. Electronic responses will also be accepted and may be sent to ncasacontracting@fs.fed.us REQUIREMENTS: SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM) REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS: Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award.
