Description
THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE IS A MARKET SURVEY AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT INTEND TO AWARD A CONTRACT ON THE BASIS OF THIS SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS. The Marine Corps Logistics Command Albany, GA is conducting a sources sought to obtain information to determine the availability and capability of qualified sources that are technically capable of rebuilding the below item to Condition Code A . The period of performance is a base year with two one year options. CLIN 0001 Mini-Integrated Pointer Illuminator Module (AN/PEQ-16A/B), NSN 5855-01-550-2780, PN: MPM-000-A7; and NSN 5855-01-582-1584, PN: MPM-000-A9, estimated minimum quantity of 75 each with a maximum quantity of 1,500 each for the base and option years. CLIN 0002 Advanced Target Pointer Illuminator Aiming Light (AN/PEQ-15); NSN 5855-01-577-7174 and NSN 5855-01-534-5931, PN: ATP-000-A16; estimated minimum quantity of 90 each with a maximum quantity of 1,800 each for the base and option years. CLIN 0003, Mini Thermal Imager (AN/PAS-30), NSN 5855-01-554-4673, PN: AN/PAS-30, estimated minimum quantity of 2 each with a maximum quantity of 15 each for the base and option years. CLIN 0004, Mini Thermal (AN/PAS-27), NSN 5855-01-559-7064, PN: AN/PAS-27, estimated minimum quantity of 3 each with a maximum quantity of 25 each for the base and option years. The Marine Corps shall be responsible for transportation costs associated with shipping equipment to the Contractor. The Contractor shall be responsible for transportation costs associated with shipping equipment back to the Marine Corps. The Government will consider all responses from capable interested offerors, received by the closing date. All offers must be supported by information to enable the Government to evaluate an offers capability to repair these items without the Government providing technical data. All documentation shall become the property of the Government. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333314 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. Potential offerors having the skills, experience, professional qualifications, and capabilities necessary to perform the described requirement are invited to provide a capabilities statement via e-mail. The capability statements shall not exceed five (5) pages and must include the following: 1) Company name and Point of Contact information (address, telephone, e-mail, web-site, etc.); 2) DUNS number and CAGE code; and 3) Familiarity and product knowledge. The Government will use responses in this Sources Sought Notice to make appropriate acquisition decisions. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT REIMBURSE THE RESPONDENT FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PREPARING OR SUBMITTING A RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE. THE GOVERNMENT RECOGNIZES THAT PROPRIETARY DATA MAY BE A PART OF YOUR SUBMITTAL. IF SO, CLEARLY MARK SUCH RESTRICTED OR PROPRIETARY DATA AND PRESENT IT AS AN ADDENDUM TO THE NON-RESTRICTED/NONPROPRIETARY INFORMATION.
