- Autonomous Networking Technology Review Days 2017 - Electromagnetic Spectrum Superiority in Support of Multi-Domain Operations Conference Solicitation Number: RRS 2017 Autonomous Networking Technology Review Conference Announcing the Autonomous Networking Technology Review Days 2017 - Electromagnetic Spectrum Superiority in Support of Multi-Domain Operations, to be conducted in the Utica-Rome area (location to be announced) on 13-15 June 2017 hosted by the Erie Canal Chapter (NY) of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA). The Air Force Research Laboratory, Information Directorate (AFRL/RI), located in Rome New York is participating along with invited stakeholders from: --The Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) --The Defense Advanced Projects Research Agency (DARPA) --The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) --Air Combat Command (ACC) --Air Mobility Command (AMC) --Global Strike Command (AFGSC) --The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) --Office of Naval Research (ONR) --Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) --The Army Research Laboratory (ARL) --The Communications-Electronics Research, Development and Engineering Center (CERDEC) --The Future Airborne Capability Environment (FACE) consortium --The DirecNet Task Force --The Open Networking Foundation --National Spectrum Consortium The objective of the Review Days is to provide a forum for industry and academia to discuss with government representatives the technologies required for autonomous global network formulation in support of emerging multi-domain operations. Participants will have the opportunity to engage government leaders, researchers and scientists on approaches to solving the obstacles of networking heterogeneous assets globally, review technology demonstrations and discuss various experiments and best practices. Some of the technologies and topic areas to be discussed at the Review Days are: --Space, Aerial and (Sub)-Surface Networking: Challenges and Futures --Network support to Multi-Domain Operations --Spectrum & Cyber Security Challenges in Networking --Distributed RF Technologies and Applications --Unmanned Vehicles and Networking --Multi-Domain Network Architectures As additional details become available, they can be found at: http://www.afceaeriecanal.com Special Note: All attendees must be US Citizens or Permanent Resident Aliens. Proof of status is required for registration. Identification is required at the venue. A passport or birth certificate plus picture ID such as a driver's license is required. Clearances are not required and all discussions will be unclassified.
