- SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE The National Park Service, Missouri Major Acquisition Buying Office (MABO) St Louis, MO is issuing this sources sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to provide all labor, materials, parts, tools and equipment necessary to remove an existing forklift mast on a Toyota LPG Forklift model number 8FGU25 with a new full free lift two stage mast meeting the specifications listed below. The contractor is also required to disconnect the existing side shifting fork positioner from the existing mast and install it on the new mast. The mast will be supplied, delivered and installed at the National Park Service, Lincoln Home National Historic Site, 413 South 8th Street Springfield, Illinois, 62701. REPLACEMENT MAST SPECIFICATIONS MAST TYPE: Full Free-Lift 2 Stage (FV) MAX FORK HEIGHT: 131.2 in OVERALL HEIGHT LOWERED: 84.5 in EXTENDED WITHOUT LOAD BACKREST: 151.4 in EXTENDED WITH STANDARD LOAD BACKREST: 179.5 in FREE-LIFT WITHOUT LOAD BACKREST: 61 in WITH STANDARD LOAD BACKREST: 36.4 in SINGLE TIRE TILT RANGE FWD/BWD: 6/11 deg LOAD CAPACITY AT 24 in. LOAD CENTER NARROW TREAD: 5000 lb LOAD CAPACITY AT 24 in. LOAD CENTER WIDE TREAD: 5000 lb DUAL TIRE TILT RANGE FWD/BWD: 6/11 deg LOAD CAPACITY AT 24 in. LOAD CENTER: 5000 lb The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 811310 ¿ Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance ¿ with a size standard of $7.5M. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
