DD Form 1653 AFMC 158 AFMC Form 807 AFMC Form 813 Request for Quote (RFQ) SPRWA1-17-Q-0008 The Defense Logistics Agency, Aviation Wing, Warner Robins will acquire replenishment surplus spare parts (Axial Piston Pump) applicable to the TH-1H Helicopter using Full & Open Competition. Solicitation SPRWA1-17-Q-0008 is for a Firm Fixed Price contract for New/ Unused Commercial Surplus to obtain 2 each of the item labeled: Axial Piston Pump from a supply source with existing available stock on the shelf. Approved designs and manufacturers are documented on the Qualified Products List for the 204-076-006 Procurement Specification. All other products must provide proof (details are in the procurement specification) of satisfactory compliance with all requirements of the procurement specification. If being procured from a surplus source, the part must be "new surplus" and traceable to an original Government acquisition contract. (Government Surplus: New/Unused ) Regarding all bidding vendors, the item must be immediately available for shipment/delivery (i.e. on the shelf). This will not be a split award but all or none. Delivery: 30 Days ARO, Early delivery is acceptable to the government at no extra charge. Duration of Contract Period: Completion of shipment of units This is a combined synopsis/written solicitation. Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation.
