Possible Conflict of Interest: Interested parties understand that the determination of acquisition strategy lies solely with the Government. All firms are cautioned to review the restrictions of FAR 9.5 Organizational and Consultant Conflicts of Interest. Any firm that submits a proposal as a result from a request for proposal (RFP) for these services will be restricted from participating in any other contract, subcontracts, and task order for that particular project. To mitigate potential organizational conflicts of interest, Contractors who provide support services to the Office of Real Property will not be accepted in order to prevent unfair competitive advantage.
