Description

Litigation Support eDiscovery System RFI This Request for Information (RFI) is for informational and planning purposes only, and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP). Responses to this RFI will not be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The Government will not pay for the information solicited nor recognize any costs associated with the submission of the RFI. Any information obtained as a result of this RFI is intended to be used by the Government on a non-attribution basis for program planning and acquisition strategy development. A determination by the Government not to issue a solicitation based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The purpose of this request is to provide information to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to support future decision-making, which will shape the future of its electronic discovery system. This RFI is intended to provide an opportunity for industry to enhance the success of any future SEC procurement to meet this requirement. This RFI is being issued to survey support in making functional and business decisions that will affect the strategy for the SEC Electronic Discovery program. The overall flow of documents and data through Enforcement Division (ENF) processes related to electronic discovery is shown in Attachment 1, Conceptual Workflow Diagram. ATTACHMENTS: See Conceptual Workflow Diagram (Attachment #1), and high-level Requirements Matrix (Attachment #2) for more information. Both attachments are included in the RFI document. Responses to this RFI are limited to no more than 20 pages total.
