Description

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) intends to contract using other than full and open competition for the incorporation of the Federal Air Marshal Service (FAMS) J-Band Leadership Job Simulation (LJS) promotion process. TSA intends to modify the current TSA Assessment Platform (TAP) IDIQ to incorporate this requirement. Accordingly, TSA intends to award this action to Performance Assessment Network (PAN) whose address is 11590 N Meridian St, STE 200, Carmel, IN 46032-6955. This action will address the requirements of the Office of Human Capital. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. TSA intends to award this action without further notice. Interested vendors who may wish to seek subcontracting opportunities should contact the above named company directly.
