Street Address: 923 N Belt West City, State, Zip: Swansea, IL 62226-1712 Phone: 618-277-3344 Description of Supplies or Services: The estimated value of the proposed action is $90,669.00 S2 Net VR 100 Video Monitoring Cameras 3 Qty S2 4TB Hard Drives 12 Qty S2 Camera License 175 Qty Phase 2 of an upgrade project; security access control system replacement. Provide labor, material, equipment and supervision to finish removing and replacing the Advantor video monitoring and recording with a S2 video system. Provide labor to validate video network connectivity and map and provide one line drawings of the current existing video network. Maintenance of equipment. The work and equipment provided with previous award VA251-15-P-2617 uses proprietary software, ownership and has unique warranty that will be violated, invalidated with another vendor s equipment and maintenance agreement. Authority: Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized; (FAR 6.302-1) Rational/explanation to support cited authority: The Danville VAMC needs these video cameras and systems in place in order to effectively monitor and provide a safe working area. Because phase 1 of this project has already been completed, only Barcom Electronics Inc. can complete the project in order to provide the supplemental equipment that is compatible with the equipment and systems already installed, as well as to prevent the voiding of all existing warranties and licenses.
