- T&Cs Statement of Work Request for Quote The purpose of this requirement is to secure software development resources for the continued development of the Vulnerability Management Tracking Tool (VMTT) to support FSA's business needs. The VMTT will enable ITRM leadership additional visibility into an ever-changing threat landscape. This will be accomplished by providing vulnerability analysis, automated notifications, tracking, metrics and enhanced reporting capability.
