Project Title:   Reference Laboratory Testing The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm-fixed-price contract for reference testing for VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System, VA Long Beach Healthcare System, VA Loma Linda Healthcare System, VA San Diego Healthcare System, and VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System. For additional information please see attachment. This is NOT a request for quotes or proposals. This is not a solicitation.
