- W912JB-17-T-4016 Command Post Console, SELFRIDGE ANG BASE, and MI this is a SOURCES SOUGHT synopsis only. This SOURCES SOUGHT synopsis is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. Selfridge Air National Guard Base (SANGB) is seeking potential small business sources (including Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, HUBZone, and 8(a) etc.) for a Command Post Console contract. The supplies include the following: Main Console, Supervisor Console, Millwork and General Accessories including freight and install. Mandatory features include: High Pressure Laminate panel finish, Base reduced depth console, EMSEC Compliance, built in hydraulics for separate operation on all three consoles, computer towers must have solid surface to sit on, no overhead compartments, built in shelves on both ends for storage, rack on back of both consoles to hang monitors and patch bay on middle of console to hang monitors. The contractor must be fully qualified in all aspects of the requirement to be considered. The supplies will be delivered to and installed at Selfridge ANG Base, MI (Macomb County). The Government intends to award one Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code is 337211. The size standard for this NAICS is 500 employees. No solicitation is currently available. Responses should include the following information: 1. Offerors name, addresses, point of contact, telephone number and e-mail address. 2. Offerors business size to include designation as HUBZone, 8(a), SDVOSB, etc. For 8(a) Offerors, please include proposed graduation date from the 8(a) program. 3. Statement of Capability (SOC) is limited to 5 pages. The SOC shall contain only pertinent and specific information addressing the following areas: (1) Proof of SDVOSB, HUBZone, or 8(a) etc. status; (2) Expertise in providing Command console or similar product (3) Demonstration of similar contract performance within the last three years. A listing of projects completed during the past three years (both Government and private industry). The type of project, dollar value, contract number, location, and Point of Contract are to be included. Responses must be received no later than 4:00 P.M. on 21 February 2017. This notice is to assist the National Guard Bureau in determining potential small business sources. THIS SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP), OR AN INVITATION FOR BID. Note: All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) with DFAS Representations and Certifications completed, in order to receive a contract award from any DOD activity. The information will be used to conduct market research to identify qualified, experienced, and interested potential sources and commercial practices in support of the government's requirements. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation. The Government does not intend to award a contract based on responses received under this announcement. Contact with Government personnel, other than those specified in the sources sought, by potential offerors or their employees regarding this requirement is not permitted. This is not a request for proposal. It is not to be construed as a formal solicitation or an obligation on the part of the government to acquire any products, construction, or services. The information requested by this RFI will be used within Selfridge ANGB to facilitate decision making and will not be disclosed outside the Federal Government. Any information provided to the government is strictly voluntary and will be provided at no cost to the government. The Government reserves the right to decide whether or not a small business set aside is appropriate based on responses to this notice.
