RFP: VA786-17-R-0240 Project Location: CULPEPER NATIONAL CEMETERY 305 U.S. AVENUE CULPEPER, VA 22701 Service: Repair Historic Wall DESCRIPTION: Contractor shall furnish all tools, labor, materials, equipment, services, and professional design services to perform work at the Culpeper National Cemetery (839) as required by the work scope and specifications. SITE VISIT: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect, site investigate by observation, and Request for Information (RFI) and responses through the Contracting Office to satisfy their understanding of the work to be done, all general, local and technical conditions that may affect the cost and the feasibility of their proposal. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after award. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 238140 is applicable.  Please reference Solicitation Number RFP VA786-17-R-0240 on remittances.    An electronic solicitation is available for download from www.FedBizOpps.gov as a separate attachment.   Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments to the solicitation which is available at Fed Biz Opps. RESPONSE DATE: All questions should be submitted to the contract specialist (auvorie.benson@va.gov) or site personal NLT February 27, 2017 at 3:00 PM EST for adequate response time. All proposals shall be submitted NLT March 1, 2017 at 3:00 PM EST. Failure to submit all documentation required as required so, may result in your submission being determined non-responsive and removed from further consideration.
