NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to Rockwell Collins, Inc under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). NASA requires two Rockwell Collins ARC-210 radio heads. Rockwell Collins is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of the ARC-210 Radio System and produces the only compatible radio heads.
