Description

The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NC07) has a requirement for a vascular closure device with a single delivery system. The requirement will be solicited as unrestricted; affording all business concerns an opportunity to provide a bid. This requirement shall be solicited under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 339112 with a size standard of 1000 employees. The Government shall issue a Firm-Fixed Price solicitation via fbo.gov on or around Feb 24, 2017 in accordance with FAR 12 and 13 Background The facility currently requires a Vascular Closure Devices that will meet the brand name or equal salient characteristics of the Perclose Proglide 6F SMC System. The facility currently requires this product to be used as part of direct patient care in the performance of vascular procedures. This is not a solicitation and the government is not entering into a binding agreement per this pre-solicitation notification.
