The contract will be for Humanitarian Assistance/Disaster Relief and Disaster Preparedness (HAP) Assessment, Logistics, and Training (ALT) Support Services and Supplies, heretofore referred to as HAP ALT, in the United States Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) Area of Responsibility (AOR) which includes, but is not limited to, Central America, South America, and the Caribbean for a 12-month base period and four 12-month options. The contract will be structured for maximum flexibility in providing for an expedited ordering process in order to satisfy the needs of USSOUTHCOM in the execution of its mission in its AOR. The applicable NAICS code is 541614, Process, Physical Distribution, and Logistics Consulting Services; with a small business size standard of $15.0 million. This requirement is solicited on a total small business set-aside basis. The closing date of the solicitation is March 20, 2017. Solicitation closing date is subject to change as necessary and amendments will be issued accordingly. All responsible sources may submit a proposal that shall be considered by the Contracting Officer.
