Description

This is a PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE a. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Health Care System located in Fargo, ND has a need for contractors to provide services as part of its community based Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) program located in the Moorhead, MN, area of Minnesota. The NAICS code assigned to this procurement will be 624221 Temporary Shelters, with a size standard of $11.0 million. It is anticipated that the solicitation number will be VA263-17-R-0270. The solicitation will be unrestricted. Offerors will be evaluated on Technical Capability, Past Performance, veteran preference, and Price. Procurement is being made in accordance with FAR Parts 12 Commercial Item and 15 Negotiated Contracts. The solicitation will contain requirements for a 12-month base year with four (4) 12-month options to renew. The solicitation is scheduled to be issued on or about February 16, 2017 and will be issued via FedBizOpps Electronic Posting System at http://www.fedbizopps.gov.
