STATEMENT OF WORK Seeking Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Veteran Owned Small Business or Small Business which can meet minimum requirements as per SOR below for the Harry S. Truman Memorial Veterans Hospital (HSTMVH), Columbia, MO. ***NOTE: THIS IS ONLY FOR SOURCES SOUGHT NO AWARD WILL BE MADE FROM THIS POSTING*** Please respond to email: paul.dixon@va.gov by close date. The contractor shall provide at minimum salient characteristics as stated below: STATEMENT OF REQUIREMENTS Dental X-Ray Sensors The Harry S. Truman Memorial Veterans Hospital Dental Clinic is requesting the vendors to provide the following items as below: Schedule of Supplies 5 (EA) G-1065804 RVG 6200 Size 2 5 (EA) G-10657956 RVG 6200 Size 1 System Requirements: The requested X-Ray sensors shall have the following salient characterizes: Must be compatible with the Carestream 2200 imaging system which the sensors will be used with Sensors must be able to be fully submerged for infection control purposes Dimensions of the 2 sensor sizes cannot be any larger than 27.6 x 37.7mm small and 32.2 x 44.2mm for the large sensor The cord for sensor must be at least 10 feet long WARRANTY: Must be warranted against defects in manufacturing for a minimum of one (1) year.
