Page 1 of 1 This pre-solicitation notice is for Title 38 of the United States Code, Chapter 31 Vocational Rehabilitation & Employment Services for Disabled Veterans. As a result of this requirement, Veterans with service-connected disabilities and an employment handicap will be able to obtain and maintain suitable employment to the maximum extent possible. To achieve success, the contractor shall provide educational counseling to eligible Veterans and dependents.
