Description
The Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Region, Grand Coulee Power Office has a need for construction services for the John W. Keys III Pump-Generating Plant Excitation System, Governor, and Protective Relay Replacement and Controls Modernization. Work is located at the John W. Keys III Pump-Generating Plant of Grand Coulee Dam near the city of Coulee Dam, Washington, in Grant County. The principal components of work consist of: Remove and Replace Exciters: P1- P6 and PG7-PG12. Remove and Replace Protective Relay Systems: P1- P6 and PG7-PG12. Remove and Replace Control Panels: P1- P6 and PG7-PG12. Remove and Replace Governors: PG7-PG12. Provide distributed input/output (I/O) cabinets, hardware, and system integration. Design unit control system communication network and provide interface to existing Government SCADA system. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this project is 237990. The small business size standard applicable to this project is $36.5 million in gross annual receipts averaged over the previous three 1-year accounting periods. The estimated price range for this project is between $25,000,000.00 and $50,000,000.00. This procurement is unrestricted. Proposals will be accepted from all responsive and responsible small and large business concerns. Prospective contractors shall be registered in the System for Acquisition Management (SAM).
