- Spare Parts, in support of the Mobile Strike Force Vehicle (MSFV) TWO ITEMS HAVE BEEN ADDED TO THE A001 ATTACHMENT. PLEASE SEE UPDATED RESPONSE DATE BELOW: The Army Contracting Command, Warren, Michigan, in support of the Allied Tactical Vehicles (ATV) Program Manager, is seeking sources capable of providing Spare Parts, in support of the Mobile Strike Force Vehicle (MSFV) This Sources Sought Notice is for informational/market research purposes only. This is not a request for proposal, does not constitute a solicitation, and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government. Responses in any form are not considered offers and the Government is under no obligation to award a contract as a result of this announcement. Funds are NOT available to pay for preparation of responses to this announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this posting, is strictly voluntary. Respondents WILL NOT be notified of the results of this sources sought. If and when a solicitation is issued, it will be posted on www.fedbizopps.gov. It is the respondent's responsibility to monitor these sites for the releases of any synopsis or solicitation. Please respond if you are capable of providing the Spare Parts in the attached list A001. You may also provide your company's business size, active SAM information, and references of capabilities, etc. Submissions shall be emailed to Contract Specialist, Salvatore Zombo at salvatore.a.zombo.civ@mail.mil by COB, 2 Mar 2017, 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time. No late submissions will be reviewed.
