Description

INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO 6), intends to enter into a sole source procurement with TrillaMed, LLC; 12701 Directors Drive; Stafford, TX 77477. The procurement is for an upgrade from the General Electric Muse V8 Cardiology Information System to the General Electric Muse V9 Cardiology Information System. The Government shall only accept the General Electric Muse V9 upgrade as this is a brand name only acquisition (see attached Brand Name Justification). NAICS code 339112 applies to this procurement with a size standard of 1,000 employees. The proposed contract action is for supplies with incidental services for which the Government intends to procure from one source under the authority of VAAR 819.7007. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to meet this requirement. Vendors must be authorized by General Electric to provide and install the above equipment and software and shall provide proof to that extent. This notice of Intent is not a request for quotations. Interested parties who believe they can meet this requirement shall submit information to: Jeremy Boston, Contract Specialist, at Jeremy.Boston@va.gov. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. Responses must be received no later than 10:00 am, EST on March 1, 2017. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government.
