Description

VETERANS AFFAIRS WANTS TO LEASE SPACE The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease sufficient rentable square footage to yield 7,037 useable square feet in Casper, WY for use as a Community Based Outpatient Clinic. Space owned by Certified Service Disabled Veteran/Disabled Veteran Small Businesses is preferred. The space must be provided by completed new construction or modification of existing space. The space should not exist within a Floodplain as identified on a DHS Flood Insurance Rate Map. On-site surface parking for 50 vehicles is required. A lease for up to 10 years will be considered. Space within Casper, Wyoming City Limits will be considered A market survey of properties offered for lease will be conducted by VA.
