- Mandril Software Maintenance Renewal, MANDRIL MultiLink (link 11, link 22, link 16, VMF, MIDS JTRS) Software subscription and license shall include product enhancements, STANAG and ICD updates, all problem investigations and fault clearances, maintenance of the support website. At least one product update will be made per year, license numbers 0546-0550, period of performance: 4/1/17 - 3/31/18 (Quantity - 1 lot). The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis this requirement, in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. This requirement is sole sourced to Interoperable Systems Group, 1263 Tourmaline Street, San Diego, CA 92109 due to unique capability. The Mandril Software Maintenance Renewal is only offered by Interoperable Systems Group. All responsible sources must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the following website: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Written responses shall be submitted by e-mail to susan.wigfield@navy.mil or mailed to NAWCWPNS, Code 254620D, Attn: Susan Wigfield, 429 East Bowen Road, Mail Stop 4015, China Lake, CA 93555-6108 no later than 5 days from this notice date. Is must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the item without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Electronic delivery of quotations are preferred. If you provide a quote via any other method provide us with the date package was ent, commercial carrier, and tracking number so that we can ensure that your quotation is reviewed for consideration during the award process. Contractors must be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) in order to access Controlled Unclassified Information within FBO.
