- Amendment 1 - pre-bid site visit - SF-30 only. No changes to the solicitation. The USDA Forest Service, Francis Marion and Sumter National Forests, Andrew Pickens Ranger District, has a requirement for vault pumping at 13 different site locations involving 19 total vaults. Not all vaults will need to be pumped; pumping will be based on use. The resultant contract will be a base year plus four option years. The solicitation will be posted on this site, www.fbo.gov, on or about 1 February 2017. A pre-bid site visit is scheduled; the time, date, and location is on the solicitation. The incumbent is Action Services of Oconee, Inc of Walhalla, SC with a unit price of $800 for a total annual cost of $15,200.00. The solicitation and attachments have been posted.
