Description

This notice is published for informational purpose only and not a request for competitive proposals. The US Government Publishing Office (GPO) intends to issue a sole source contract in accordance with MMAR 6.302-1, to DotGov Communications of Alexandria, VA to provide and complete a beta level, web-based publishing solution capable of producing standardized Congressional Hearing documents for the committees of the U.S. House of Representatives. Previously, a comprehensive publishing system prototype was developed by DotGov Communications for, and under the supervision of, the various committees of the U.S. House of Representatives. The prototype was developed in an effort to modernize, standardize, and improve the process to create, produce, and publish the hearings for those committees. The Government has determined not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competitive basis.
