- Market research questionnaire for pest management services. Draft PWS for pest management services SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS PEST CONTROL MANAGEMENT for Directorate of Public Works (DPW) THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE IS LIMITED TO PEST MANAGEMENT SERVICES TO BE COMPLETED AT FORT HOOD, TEXAS. RESPONSES TO THIS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ARE NOT CONSIDERED OFFERS AND CANNOT BE ACCEPTED BY THE GOVERNMENT TO FORM A BINDING CONTRACT. HISTORICALLY THIS WAS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The Mission Installation Contracting Command is issuing this sources sought as a means to conduct market research to identify active stakeholders having interest in and the resources to support this requirement for Pest Control Management Services for the installation. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 561710, Exterminating and Pest Control Services. This industry comprises establishments primarily engaged in exterminating and controlling birds, mosquitoes, rodents, termites, and other insects and pests (except for crop production and forestry production). The small business size-standard for this NAICS code is $11,000,000.00. A continuing need is anticipated for Pest Control Management Services contract which is currently being fulfilled through contract number: W91151-14-D-0006. The Period of Performance (POP) will be for one (1) base year from the date of contract award with four 1-year option periods. Attached is the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is strictly voluntary; the government assumes no financial obligation for any costs incurred and no submittals will be returned to the responder. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future Request for Quote (RFQ), Invitation for Bid (IFB) or Request for Proposal (RFP), if any is issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps.gov). It is the responsibility of potential offerors to monitor FedBizOpps for additional information pertaining to this requirement.
