- The U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE), has issued a solicitation for the project titled, 'Challenges in Drilling Subsalt and Deviated Wells in the Gulf of Mexico'. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. This is not a small business set-aside.
