- Purchase Description This pre-solicitation notice is for a Power Supply which shall be manufactured in accordance with Purchase Description 'SCAT 4042' dated 12/9/2016. The purchase description is attached to this notice. The Government anticipates issuing a firm-fixed-price 5-year IDIQ contract with an estimated yearly quantity of 5 each. The Government plans to issue a single award. The planned contract periods are a three-year base period and two one-year option periods.
