Description

The Network 10 Contracting Office, 24 Frank Lloyd Wright Dr., STE M2200, Ann Arbor, MI 48105, is soliciting - RFQ to be posted to FBO on or about 23 February 2017 - and intends to award a firm fixed price contract for 1.0 FTE Medical Oncology/Hematology physician services at the John D. Dingell VA Medical Center, 4646 John R Street, Detroit, MI 48201. This procurement is set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), NAICS Code 622110, size standard $38.5 million. This solicitation shall be conducted in accordance with FAR 13.5. The Contractor shall provide all parts, materials, labor, supervision and equipment, necessary to perform 1.0 FTE Medical Oncology/Hematology physician services at the John D. Dingell VA Medical Center. The period of performance is six (6) Months after date of Award with One (1) six month option, in strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, conditions and provisions of the contract solicitation.
