TRIOSS DRAFT PWS Feedback Form TRIOSS DRAFT PWS Feedback Form (consolidated comments 010517) TRIOSS DRAFT MSTC PWS TRIOSS DRAFT MMAST PWS TRIOSS DRAFT Base PWS TRIOSS Industry Day Registration Form The purpose of this announcement is to provide additional information to Industry regarding the U.S Army Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI) and Army Contracting Command, Orlando (ACC-ORL) Industry Day for the Training, Instructor, Operator Support Services (TRIOSS) acquisition. In addition, Industry comments are being sought regarding the TRIOSS Performance Work Statement (PWS). ACC-ORL is currently considering the utilization of a Single Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (SA-IDIQ) contract to satisfy these service requirements. The TRIOSS acquisition is planned to be conducted as a Total Small Business set-aside. The Government has selected North American Industrial Code System (NAICS) code 541990 - All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services, with an associated size standard of $15M average annual revenue over three fiscal years as part of its strategy. The anticipated ceiling value for the TRIOSS acquisition is estimated to be $197.6M. It is the Government's intent at this time to encourage Government/Industry exchanges of information to improve understanding of Government requirements and increase efficiency in future proposal preparations; thereby, enhancing the Government's ability to obtain quality services at a reasonable and affordable cost. Although Industry Day participation is not required, it is strongly encouraged. The target audience is interested companies with the capability to fulfill this requirement. Participants must register to attend this event. Interested companies shall complete and submit the attached registration form to Monica Escalante, Contract Specialist, at usarmy.orlando.peo-stri.mbx.trioss@mail.mil no later than Tuesday, February 28, 2017, 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Registration is free and each company/team may register up to two (2) participants. No meals or beverages will be provided at this event. Base access will not be granted without prior registration. Individuals will be required to present a Driver's License or other form of photo identification at the Base gate to gain access. Identification will be required at check-in to attend Industry Day. Transportation between sites will not be provided. The attached "DRAFT" Basic and Task Order PWS are posted for industry review and comments. All comments/questions that will assist the requiring activity in refining its requirement will be evaluated and the DRAFT PWS will be amended accordingly to reflect any changes the requiring activity deems necessary to make. Companies may submit PWS questions and comments by Thursday, March 16, 2017 via email at usarmy.orlando.peo-stri.mbx.trioss@mail.mil. Please use the attached TRIOSS PWS Feedback Form for consolidated comment submission. Note cards will be provided at Industry Day for participants to write and submit questions. Program Officials will answer as many questions as time allows during Industry Day. For those who do not attend, the Industry Day presentation and answers to all questions from the audience will be posted on the government-wide point of entry Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fbo.gov. There will not be enough time to conduct any one-on-one discussions during Industry Day. DATE/LOCATION/AGENDA: Day one of the TRIOSS Industry Day will be held at Joint Base San Antonio (FSH - Fort Sam Houston and Camp Bullis) on Wednesday, 08 March 2017: • 0730 - 0800 Registration • 0800 - 0930 Air Force/Navy MMAST briefs at the Medical Education and Training Campus (METC), Medical Instructional Facility (MIF) 1, Conference Room 412 (A, B, C, D) 4th Floor • 0930 - 1130 Tour of Basic Medical Technician Corpsman Program (BMTCP) Simulation Lab (two groups of 20) • 1130 - 1300 Lunch/Individual travel to Camp Bullis • 1330 - 1530 Camp Bullis Medical Readiness Training Center (MRTC) tour/demo of Wide-Area Virtual Environment (WAVE) ADDRESSES: JBSA METC - MIF 1 Building is located on Chaffee Rd, San Antonio, TX 78257. NOTE: Enter JBSA from the N. Walters entrance off Interstate 35. The Fort Sam Houston post entrance address is 892 Hood St. San Antonio, TX 78208. Once on post, enter Chaffee Rd. San Antonio, TX 78257 into the GPS to find the MIF 1 Building. Parking is located on the corner of Chaffee Rd and Cpl Johnson Rd. JBSA Camp Bullis - AAFES Mini-mall/Burger King Building 5184, RR2, San Antonio, TX 78257. NOTE: The drive from JBSA METC to Camp Bullis is approximately 30 minutes. From Fort Sam Houston, Take Interstate 35 South to Interstate 10 West to North Loop 1604 West in Shavano Park. Then take exit toward Farm to Market Rd 1535/Military Hwy/Shavano Park from Texas 1604 Loop East. Turn LEFT on Military Hwy (FM 1535 North). Enter Gate and continue on to destination. This GPS location address is a Burger King located in a mini-mall. Please park in this parking lot and groups will be escorted in small numbers for the MRTC tour. Day two of the TRIOSS Industry Day will be held at Fort Hood - Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) on Thursday, 09 March 2017: • 1300 - 1330 Registration • 1330 - 1430 MSTC In-Brief • 1430 - 1530 Tour of Ft. Hood, MSTC • 1545 - 1630 Final Industry Day Out-Brief ADDRESS: 19032 53rd (W Range Rd) Fort Hood, TX 76544 NOTE: The MSTC is located on W. Range Road. REGISTRATION: Space is limited and prior registration will be required to attend. Visitor's information will be provided to security personnel to expedite the check-in process for access to the bases. To register, please complete the attached registration form. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: This announcement is not intended to guarantee procurement of any services, and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to enter into a contract. Companies are advised that subcontracting/consulting/teaming arrangements are acceptable. The Government will not assume liability for costs incurred by an attendee or for travel expenses or marketing efforts; therefore, attendee cost in response to this notice is not considered an allowable direct charge to the Government. Any comments and discussions during Industry Day are non-binding and should not to be construed as being a part of the procurement until the final solicitation is released and has been incorporated into the solicitation.
