- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items (DENTAL) prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and supplemented with additional information in this notice. The solicitation number is VA244-17-Q-0409 and it is issued as a Request for Quotes. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for SDVOSB. The NAICS code is 339114. A waiver for the non-manufacturers Rule has been granted by the U.S Small Business Administration for this requirement. Successful offer will be the one that provides technical capabilities of the items offered to meet the needs of the government. The VA Wilmington VAMC has a requirement for the DENTAL equipment as listed in the attached RFQ document. All items will be delivered to their facility as per Statement of Work. All communications regarding quotes, questions, etc., shall be submitted by email to Contracting Officer, Amanda Saunders (amanda.saunders@va.gov) no later than 2/14/17 @ NOON EST. Quotes are due by email only NLT 2/15/2017, 3 PM EST NO Lates will be accepted. Please read the entire attached solicitation. Offerors are responsible for all terms, clauses, and conditions contained therein. MUST be registered in Vetbiz and have a current SAM registration.
