- Description
- DLA MARITIME PUGET SOUND intends to procure five different sizes of Foreign Material Exclusion discs on an Indefinite Quantity, Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) basis. The solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. The resulting award will be a firm fixed price IDIQ supply contract for a base year with four option years. This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. The FOB will be DESTINATION Bremerton, WA. The Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web link at https://www.neco.navv.mil and will also be available for download at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ and for frequently monitoring the site for any amendments. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render vendor offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same. FIRMS INTERESTED IN SUBMITTING PROPOSALS MUST COMPLETE THE ENTIRE SOLICITATION DOCUMENT to include representations and certifications, provisions and clauses, provide all product technical specification documentation and technical compliance certifications as required, and ensure current registration in the SAM system at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/sam. The solicitation number for this requirement is SPMYM2-17-Q-0981. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be available for download on or around 13 February 2017. The closing date of the solicitation will be on 27 February 2017 at 10:00 AM Pacific Local Time, unless a later date is specified in the solicitation.
