- Description
- This acquisition will be issued sole source to Symetrics Industries, LLC DBA Extant Aerospace (CAGE Code: 22830). The Government does not own technical data. This will be a Firm Fixed Price Requirements Repair contract for the repair of the Battery Charger Electronic Module. This will be a Basic Contract Period plus Four (4) Ordering Periods. The repair order is for 38 each of National Stock Number (NSN) 6130-01-535-7275UC. Authority for requirements is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. Request a copy of the solicitation from the following website: www.fbo.gov. Approximate issue date of the solicitation is 27 February 2017. Approximate response date for receipt of proposal is 29 March 2017.
