Description

Questions: 1) I'm trying to download the solicitation for VA246-16-R-0964, but I can't seem to.  The only information I'm getting is the pre solicitation information.  Can you guide me as to how I can found this information?  I am a first timer. Answer: The following steps are required to download this solicitation: a) Register in FBO.gov as vendor b) Download the solicitation c) Respond per the instructions and by the deadline 2) Am I to do a proposal from this per-solicitation? Answer: a) In order to be considered for this requirement all vendors must submit a proposal Offerors should submit all technical questions regarding this solicitation to the Contracting Officer in writing on or before February 15, 2017 by 9:00am (EST). No question will be accepted after February 15, 2017. Questions must be sent via e-mail to Donald.Blackwell@va.gov. Please address your subject line as follows: Questions regarding VA246-16-R-0964, Adult Day Care Services. Telephonic (verbal) questions Will Not be addressed. All responses to questions, which may affect offers, will be incorporated into a written amendment to the solicitation.
