Description

The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 12, has a requirement for Cardiothoracic Physician Assistant services for the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center, Milwaukee, WI. The purpose of this solicitation is to contract for Cardiothoracic Physician Assistant services for the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center in accordance with the attached solicitation. ALL personnel proposed for performance under this contract must be approved in advance, having met the qualification AND substantiating documentation requirements specified in the solicitation. Contractor employees accepted for performance under this program will require fingerprinting and successful adjudication of background investigation. Clinical personnel will require successful VetPro credentialing conducted by the Government. The contract is effective for a period of one year from the date of award. The Government, at its discretion, may exercise up to four (4) option periods of one (1) year each. All qualified offerors/firms that believe they can provide the required services as specified in the solicitation are encouraged to submit a quote. The small business size standard for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 561320 is $27.5 M. Offerors are reminded to complete registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) system, including Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. The electronic version of this solicitation will be available on or about Friday, February 10, 2017. Date for receipt of quotes is Wednesday, March 8, 2017 at 4:00 PM Central Time (CT). The electronic solicitation may be obtained FREE at the Federal Business Opportunities website: www.fedbizopps.gov. Any amendments to this solicitation will also be available at this address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining any amendments which are to be submitted with their response.
