Description

FY16 NAFCON Pearl Car Care Center, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii. The work includes, but is not limited to labor, supervision, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to construct a single story auto service facility with a total of 2,042 m2 (21,976 SF). The new facility will be pre-engineered structural steel frame construction on a concrete slab foundation. The exterior finishes of this building will be in accordance with the published Installation Design Guidance. Supporting facilities include all required utilities, communications and alarms, power, pavement, curb and gutter, sidewalks, storm drainage, and landscaping. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 236220 and the annual size standard is $36.5 million. The contract completion date is 610 days from the date of award. The proposed contract listed here is unrestricted. Large business concerns are required to submit a subcontracting plan prior to award of the contract. The solicitation utilizes source selection procedures, which require Offerors to submit a technical and price proposal for evaluation by the Government. The basis of award is to award the contract to the offeror submitting the lowest price technically acceptable proposal. This procurement consists of one solicitation with the intent of awarding one firm fixed-price type contract. The anticipated dollar value of the contract is more than $10,000,000.00. Offerors shall submit with their offer a bid bond of 20% of the contract price or $3,000,000, whichever is less.
