Description

AWR 980 NAVAIR regulation 13-1-6.1-1 TM 1-1500-204-23-1, Table 11-4 If vendor cannot provide both items, multi-contract award will be considered. Life Rafts with carrying case for UH-60 aircraft. Must be multi-place life raft (MPLR) 8-man LRU-30A/A with carrying case OR EQUAL per Technical Manual 1-1500-204-23-1, Table 11-4 and NAVAIR regulation 13-1-6.1-1, Figure 9-20, note 5. Salient characteristics (as described in NAVAIR regulation 13-1-6.1-1, paragraph 12-3): - 8-person MPLR LRU-30A/A (with overload capacity of 12 persons) - Life raft in a polymer tub with cover, and webbing straps with frangible links - Tub assembly is stowedin a newly configured container that incorporates protective skids on the bottom for horizontal storage and at the end opposite of the inflation pull handle for verticle stowage - Container is custom fitted to the tub, streamlining the overall package. Collapsible Rescue Basket - Compliant with Airworthiness Release (AWR) for Rescue Hoist Equipment on UH/HH-60 Helicopters (AWR 980), P/N 495 - Able to accomodate two average adults for 2-person recovery in a single hoist evolution - Easily and quickly erected - Rigid frame, flexible net sides - Equipped with high visibility floats
