- Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued. The solicitation number is W81XWH17T0126. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-78 are incorporated. It is the contractor’s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 334516, with a small business size of 1000 employees. This is a Full and Open Competition requirement; all qualified vendors are encouraged to submit a quote.
