- Page 1 of 1 Pre-Solicitation Notice North Texas Health Care System (NTXHCS) anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price Construction Contract for the North Texas VA Improve the Pharmacy Prep Area, 1st floor of Building #2J. The project number is 549-090 and is located at the North Texas, VA Medical Center, 4500 S Lancaster Road, Dallas, Texas 75216. Statement of Work The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision and all other resources required to deliver the requirements stated herein, except as may otherwise be specified in this statement of work. The contractor shall furnish and install countertop with back splash and end splash. The contractor shall fabricate the countertop and splashes by the prints provided. The contractor shall install the countertop in room Pharmacy Prep Area, 1st floor of building #2J at 4500 S. Lancaster Rd. Dallas, Texas 75216. The contractor shall install the countertop by the prints provided. VA DALLAS IV PHARMACY PREP AREA Install New Cabinets Install Stainless Countertop with Welded Seam, Patch Repair Sheet Vinyl Flash Cove (Owner Furnished Materials) Job to be done after Hours, T304 stainless steel construction, Heliarc seamless weld construction, All exposed welds ground and polished to #4 finish, (8) 24" wide x 24" deep x 36" high base cabinets with (4) adjustable leveling feet. Each cabinet to have recessed toe kick with adjustable leveling feet. Each cabinet to have a solid 3/8 " thick Lexan hinged door with (3) stainless steel hinges, and (1) stainless steel pull,(2) 3" with end filler panels to fill entire 204" length, (1) 25" x 204 " x 1.%" thick countertop with 4# back splash and raised marine edge. The period of performance is 60 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP) The method of procurement shall be Request for Quote (RFQ) in accordance with Part 13 of the FAR, with an estimated solicitation release date of on or about February 8, 2017 and a quote due date on or about March 16, 2017. The VA reserves the right to use only Federal Business Opportunities/FedBizOpps (FBO) website www.fbo.gov via the internet, to provide notification of any amendments to this requirement and to post the subsequent RFQ solicitation. It is the contractor s responsibility to view the FBO website daily for any amendments to this requirement and to obtain the RFQ. This procurement is a competitive offer and the solicitation will be advertised as 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veterans Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), under Public Law 109-461 (38 USC 8127), offers received from other than SDVOSB concerns will not be considered. The NAICS Code is 236220, with a business size standard of $36.5 Million. Probable Cost Range: Between $25,000 and $100,000.
