- Description
- The contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor, supervision, and expertise necessary to construct, replace, remove, install and repair the lower portion of Employee Parking Lot I as Seed Project to Jackson VAMC, Exterior Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) Contract. This requirement shall require the contractor to verifying all measurements and amounts of material required for the project. All fence work around the area shall be new and match existing fencing. This requirement will represent the first task order associated with the Exterior IDIQ. This project is located at 1500 E. Woodrow Wilson Jackson, MS., 39216. A performance completion period of 90 days/ 3 months or sooner from NTP has been allotted for this requirement. The dollar magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000,000. The NAICS is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction applies and size standard is $36.5Million. This procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. To be eligible for award the SDVOSB must be considered small under the relevant NAICS code and must be registered and verified in the following website: www.sam.gov. Those desiring to receive an award from this solicitation also must be registered at www.vip.vetbiz.gov. Companies must have the Certified Veteran Enterprise (CVE) seal on their registration to be considered for an award. You must register as Interested Vendor at the Federal Business Opportunities ( FedBizOpps -www.fbo.gov) website for solicitation. In order to receive e-mail notification of amendments, you must register in FedBizOpps To Receive Notification for amendments. Amendments to this solicitation will not be mailed, but will be posted at the Fedbizopps website. Offerors are responsible for obtaining solicitation from FedBizOpps and acknowledging all amendments to this solicitation.
